    Pros

Low dim lights, will look like you are at a candle light dinner. Only people who dont have any thing to do at home join this concern.

    Cons

    1. This goes by name cigna but its not its name is choicelinx.
    2. Not organised, no process, no good management
    3. They treat contractors like a dog and Full timers as slaves.
    4. They are all from same family so what ever you say or do will not be considered. If you are not liked by even one person you will be thrown out for no reason.
    5. Rude managers who does not know what project management is.
    6. They wont listen to thier boss at cigna, and will do job on their own as they do it wrong. They build track 1 mile away from expectation of cigna.

    Advice to Management

Please do micro management and see what your managers are doing to their employees on a day to day basis, it is your lack of duty which drives them to do all sorts of nonsense things.

I have been working at Choicelinx as a contractor

    Pros

No pros as such, better cons only

    Cons

No process, only old employees get recognition even for doing wrong job, new employees are seen as enemies, if you worked for a company which has atleast 1000 people then this is not the right place, this place is just a curse beware and be safe.

    Advice to Management

You are better off not hiring new people and ruin their life.

I have been working at Choicelinx as a contractor

    Pros

No pros as such, a messed up place only. You would be called with a branded healthcare provider name, but in reality this company has been acquired by that branded company years back, still they don't know what to do with choicelinx.

    Cons

No process, no respect to people working here, if you join as new hire only old workers will be respected even for doing wrong things. This place is just cursed to work for, building light effect is like a mortuary's lighting effect. You are better off not joining this company and ruining your personal life and career. Very rude people work here.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful to new hires and just don't think that only your direction is correct, have your eyes and ears open to outer world to know whats going on and what is the trend, that why your products are not up to the mark.
