I worked at Christian Horizons (U.S.) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Drink the koolaid - you are lied too. On call all the time. No one has a clue how to follow guidelines.

    Cons

On call all the time. Noone knows what they are doing - conditions of participation & Illinois regulations are not followed.

    Advice to Management

Upper mgt has no clue. People came in and tried to make it work and they got rid of them. Now more mgt that has no clue & never been in mgt.
