    Minimalist raises, No bonuses, Poor communication (upper & lower mgmt) , Benefits are minimal...

    Advice to Management

    Need to take more pride in the company, get on the same page as the employees are. Would start sending our surveys on how your employees like changes when they do take place. Not all will enjoy it but feedback is paramount. Please don't treat us like robots...

    If you don't have any experiences working in an electronics company and want to learn more than just your job. Be here.

    Cons

    No benefits. Locals dominate foreigns. They don't consider foreigns brilliant idea. Very strict on rules and regulations. Human resources and liaised recruiting personnel is so biased. They just pay attention to you if something really happens to you.

    Advice to Management

    Improve some of basic internal operations and RD Engineers should have been perfectionist not like a trial and error engineers.
