Pros
Good benefits, salary, and environment. The company cares about staff and shows appreciation by providing great work space and positive management personnel.
Cons
Not enough recognition for the great work being done by the company. Prior to working here, I had no idea about wraparound. Chrysalis health needs more promotion in the community

Pros
You're your own boss. Flexibility. Constant learning. You are in control of your experience.
Cons
Intake specialists are SO SLOW. It takes too long to schedule psychiatric evaluations. Therapists are not trained properly to understand that a treatment team means that client information can be shared between TCM and therapist and psychiatrist. Poor PTO.

Pros
A lot of training and support. When you finally learn how to do your job (bill hours) you can make as much as you want.
Cons
Very stressful. Can be low pay because it is billable (fee for service). You only make what you can bill which takes a lot of time to learn. You can spend hours doing work only to find out that you won’t be paid for it. Very very long hours. More paper work than actually helping clients. They start you off on a stipend that is $300 a week. No work life balance because you’re so busy trying to bill and make money.

This agency knows community based mental health is hard and works to support you
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Free supervision towards licensure, flexible schedule (within limits), caring boss and team, training opportunities, wide range of diagnosis and age for clients (good experience), will pay for half your insurance, and you can earn up to 8 PTO hours off each month. When mistakes are made, the boss is understanding and helpful.
Cons
Steep learning curve if this is your first job, utilization requirement of 85%, min 25 hours a week in client hours, at times it feels like an overwhelming amount of paperwork. Unless you are school-paired, cancelations are not paid, so you end up chasing clients.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Flexible hours, understanding management, great training and high standard for quality of services
Cons
If you don’t utilize your resources and time it’s difficult
