I have been working at Chubb full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of PTO, most people have 20-35 PTO days. Good 401k plan. 6% of your salary is deposited automatically and they will match an additional 3%. Many people telecommute a couple days a week.

    Cons

Post merger, the work load keeps piling up as people leave. The organization is very confusing and difficult to navigate. No career path at this time because the organization is sorting itself out. Lots of overlapping functions and managers that only manage other managers.

    Advice to Management

Give everyone equal opportunity to earn raises and bonuses. They currently offer much higher bonuses to employees that originally worked for Chubb before the merger.
