I worked at Chunghwa Telecom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are much benefits you can get, for the this company provide many life's necessities, like FTTB and MOD, also when you buy new phone, there is much discount.

    Cons

You might do the same job for 10 years, maybe you will be boring sometimes, it depends on which department you are.

    Advice to Management

This company didn't use 360 degree evaluation, also some young complain about they are not equal paid for the equal jobs, and that's an obvious problem. Also the performance evaluation shouldn't rely on the inner employee, the hr department didn't bring the function to bear, what a pity.
