    Pros

    Stable company because it's used to be own by government

    Cons

    bureaucracy, few chances to get promoted, task schedule is a mass, required you will have very high chance to do the jobs of RD, QA, PM at the same.

    Advice to Management

    Please hire professional PM

    Work loading is low, can go home at 5pm every day.

    did not have enough information to share with others. Not organized on a lot of things.

    Pros

    Salary and compensation are above average.
    Lots of benefits: e.g. great discount on data plan and cellphone plan.

    Cons

    Enterprise culture is very conservative and full of bureaucracy.
    There are many things and people to stop you from doing things right.

    2. Low relation between employee's performance and payback
    3. Some middle manager is too old & lack of competence.
    4. Big problem in promotion & compensation system

    Management should more focus & concentrate on company's core competence.
