I worked at Church & Dwight Canada full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good brands with lots of business growth potential. They've got a few niche brands that are household staples

    Cons

A bunch of sycophant marketing directors who don't have a clue about strategy. They're eager to placate the dictatorial GM (who, BTW, lacks any kind of social skills and is a terrible communicator).

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Church & Dwight Canada full-time

    Pros

    Great Brands, hard working people,

    Cons

Very favorably in Canada to certain employes
    Very Junior Management
    Treated like kid
    No advancement and no coaching
Everyone in management looks out for them selves vs. coaching them

    Advice to Management

Teach and give guidance not blaming them

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great brands and new products launching annually.

    Cons

Overworked. Don't go there if you think it would be easier at a smaller company than a Tier 1 company.

    Advice to Management

Employee satisfaction surveys going downhill each year but no one does anything about it.
