I worked at Churchs Chicken part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The food was free so there's that

    Cons

    -Manager is biased
-How many hours you work depends on how much they like you. If they like you, a few days and in the mornings when it's empty, if they don't like you you work majority of the days but specifically the afternoon where it's always rush hour.
-Customers where super rude, might have been because of the area but a few tried to physically confront my co workers.
-Little to no flexibility on the schedules.
-One day of training and no training for the drive-thru
-No lunch break, if you don't eat it's not their problem
-During winter I suddenly developed a health problem in which I had trouble breathing and even brought a doctor's note with me. Still was expected to turn up to work and wasn't able to leave early.

    Advice to Management

Manage the managers better, my job is to serve to the people, not to kiss up my superiors
