I worked at Chuy's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

When they are busy you can make decent money

    Cons

Terrible hours, schedulers don't listen to availability , and tips can't be picked up until the next day.

    Advice to Management

Just pay a good wage and don't bother with the tips. Patrons don't know some tips are split and that bussers depend most on them. A waiter or waitress can screw up and we all lose. And bussers make the least.

I worked at Chuy's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good money for a restaurant job, always got to have cash.

    Cons

If you don’t have good workers, you end up doing all the work

    Advice to Management

Don’t copy and paste the schedule every week and force us to try and get everything covered on our own.

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Chuy's

    Pros

Atmosphere is fun, employees are friendly, some managers are friendly.

    Cons

When business is slow, we make very little money. Management seems to play favorites--it seems a little childish. Employees can get away with a lot without any repercussions.

    Advice to Management

Get your head in the game.

I worked at Chuy's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The employees were awesome people, and the food is great.

    Cons

Cleanliness of plates and silverware are bad as well as compensation is fixed.

    Advice to Management

Try to recognize the people for the good that they are doing. It goes far. Thanks
