I have been working at Chuy's full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great food, great staff, reflexible hours. Chuys' passion for their food makes for an attractive restaurant to work at, you want to work for a company that has pride in what they are creating.

    Cons

Money making opportunities limited during certain times of the year, hard to stay afloat in more expensive markets.

I have been working at Chuy's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great Management, Great Food, Taco time, room for moving up, always encouraging. ALL THE HOURS YOU COULD WISH FOR AND UNLIMITED OVERTIMEEEEE!

    Cons

Sometimes you have to wait till the end of shift to eat, some employees are negative or don’t pick up the slack, sometimes you’re the only one they can rely on.

    I have been working at Chuy's full-time

    Pros

Your hourly employees are amazing, we do hiring right. The food is great.

    Cons

No balance in home and work life. Scheduled and paid for 40 hours, but a good week is about 54 hours. KMs are worked to the bone and told their labor sucks. Higher ups live in a fantasy world, not reality.

I worked at Chuy's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun place to work as far as big chain restaurants go. Relaxed dress code, food is great and actually really fresh--they don't even have a freezer except for ice cream.

    Cons

Tip out for servers is a lot. Bartenders often made less money than servers and did more work.
