    Pros

Super busy and good clientele compared to other places I have worked. Tips are above average for the ticket prices and uniform is very casual.

    Cons

Expected to do quite a bit of side work after doing tipped work. More than the average serving job. Expect at least an hour to an hour and a half of extra work at the end of a closing shift.

    Pros

Amazing food, culture, and people in a fast paced environment with an emphasis on FUN!

    Cons

Have to hustle & turn+burn tables to make decent cash. 3-table sections and lots of side work make it difficult to do so.

Disorganized and Lots of Sex for Hire.

    Pros

Good money if you work for it. Company recognizes hard work and is very willing to cross train.

    Cons

Managers sleeping with waitstaff was rampant in my location. 2 male managers both married sleeping with young waitresses and not at all afraid to flaunt it. This brings distrust between manager and employee and gives other employees a sense of entitlement. It makes the work environment extremely uncomfortable. The side work is also the most side work I've ever done at any waitstaff job.

    Pros

Relaxed work environment. Good management. Fast paced. Company is rapidly expanding. Great kitchen staff. Good teamwork among servers. Good money to be made. Turn & burn style restaurant. Easy to pick up and give up shifts.

    Cons

Long days, sometimes grueling work if you work a double. No breaks just eat when you can or are off. Management encourages you to work off the clock. They tell you to clock in at your first table and clock out when your last table leaves. So unpaid time doing side work/closing duties/silverware etc. obviously exploiting the labor.

It's a lot of labor intensive work for little money, tip out high for not much

    Pros

It's a "cool" place, the management is well versed in restaurant practices. The food is great, lots of long time customers. The staff are fun and accepting of newbies and like to have a good time.

    Cons

The tip out is extremely high and because you are expected to expo and run your own food, buss all your tables it's hard to pull 20% off of most tables. Because it's so fast and cheap the money just isn't there. High tip out and no help all night long makes for very stressful shifts. Side work, honestly, it's endless, and it's because they don't have enough bussers. That tip out is going somewhere im just not sure exactly to who. The servers who have been there longest have first cuts and they burn out the new people quick. The turnover is insane. Also there is a ton of side work that servers are responsible for and management isnt like super picky but it is really time consuming and the vetrans will scoot out doing only what they feel is their fair share. I did have higher hopes because of the fun chill atmosphere. If you're used to making a lot of money waiting tables wrih a hipper more educated foodie staff, this will make you insane. The clientele is the same table after table of children, very low class clientele, regularly do not tip or just come in and ear for free for hours and buy nothing and leave no tip. Bizzare.
