Best gym environment I've ever worked in. Great people, great coworkers and management. Straight forward job with an emphasis on the members that come to the gym. Must have good people skills its 80% of the job.

-Lots of room for growth if you put in the effort -great company culture of positivity -two promotions in 10 months -set the standard for how gyms should operate -good training to begin with and continuous growth -saw on multiple occasions (a few times per month) the C levels scrub the bathrooms. Can’t beat servant leadership -this company will be the new planet fitness/24 hour/ golds gym to take over the US and the world and they will do it better than the other companies did -no sleazy sales tactics. The facility and culture speaks for itself
