    Pros

Fresh, made for you experience for the family. Able to make a difference each day with the operation.

    Cons

Politics and money should never take precedent over the operation of the brand and satisfaction of the guest - NEVER.

    Advice to Management

In a couple of years the brand will complete a re-evolution and surge to where is should be. It will only happen with accountability, innovative product development, local marketing campaigns, and strong leadership.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at CiCi Enterprises full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It's a job, a crappy job

    Cons

They work you to death. They lie and promise raises, promotions, support but don't deliver. They will work a store short on manager staff so you have to work open to close every other day. It sounds nice to have 3 days off a week but it will kill you and your personal life. They don't give a crap about their managers or employees. They expect loyalty from their minimum wage employees but don't offer loyalty in return.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with your people. They put the dollars in your checks. You serve crappy pizza, you should at least take care of your people.

    Pros

You can earn a half decent living.

    Cons

When you work 4 14 hour shifts, your body starts to wear down. You are also treated with little respect. You are expected to do the extra work to make up for others when your goals are nearly impossible. You are also promised quarterly bonuses, but I have never recieved one.

    Advice to Management

Treat others with respect and don't downgrade.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at CiCi Enterprises full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is an forgiving environment that allows you to learn on the job and is open to listening to your ideas. With it being a small company, you get to see the fruits of your labor fairly quickly.

    Cons

There is lack of processes and procedures that cause constant chaos and uncertainty. There is a culture of procrastination that keeps a large level or stress for everyone.

    Pros

    great concept
    ok pay for management
    ability to relocate
    future growth potential
    enjoyed working for my boss
    good product, made fresh

    Cons

do not take a manager postion if you have a family or if you want to have a life. You must work open to close shifts which usually means 8:30am to 12:00 am

    Advice to Management

need more than 2 managers working in one location. most managers leave due to the stress of being the only manager all day long.
