This might be for the Exit Opportunity bowl, but wondering if anyone had insight into the Cigna Enterprise Strategy group? I don't have many contacts in the US and don't have a sense for what the internal strategy roles at the large health insurers are like, but I saw a posting recently and was immediately tempted. I'm at ~7 YOE made up of Big 4 and now at a boutique firm.

    Good pay and benefits, remote work options, choose your own set schedule

    Cons

    Training was very stressful, systems are outdated and you’re expected to take customer calls before being fully trained on each system

    Pros

    They offer generous pto starting day one along with Healthcare 401k etc. Option to purchase addtl week pto and addtl life insurance and access to other perks .

    Cons

    Have lost some of the more personal aspects of the company. Within last few years purchased express scripts. We now include under cigna ESI. Accredo evernorth evicore...we may be under one company..but we are not one company.
