I worked at Cigna full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Competitive pay for experience, 401K, HRA, excessive vacation time.

    Cons

Employees who complain about pay, having to meet an extremely low goal, complain about being monitored.

    Advice to Management

I wish I still worked at Cigna. I work temp companies that do not give raises, only offer the unaffordable ACA, no 401 and no vacation. They make us account for every work minute and we must meet their goal of 60 claims (HCFA/UB/adjustment) per hour. I know several still at cigna who purposely drag their feet on production and refuse to do one claim more than their set goal. They feel the company trying to monitor them is against the law. That would mean them getting caught doing housework, food trips and other things. The vacation is excessive for low producers.
