    Pros

    Work from home. Work hours can be flexible.

    Cons

    Severe pay difference between younger able bodied RNs in comparison to older and or disabled RNs.

    Advice to Management

    Be able to adapt to a changing environment. Equal pay for disabled and or older nurses. Listen to employees.

    There is none. Feel sorry for the poor people that work there.

    Cons

    They will Lie to your face. You will be verbal assaulted by management. Will try to find ways to get rid of you if you stand up for yourself. Will make you blackmail you into signing something that is not true. Saying that if you don't you won't advance.

    Advice to Management

    At this place management works together to discourage you. Management doesn't respect people. Management hides behind the word professional. This is one thing you are not.

    Good company benefits, hours and pay.

    Cons

    Very unfriendly ,extremely harsh in training environment, to emotional and Very unprofessional in the treatment of older disable employees

    Use only professional methods not emotions in training, keeping all personal stories and experiences out of the training environment.

    Pros

    The company is very decentralized and does not often promote from within. The turnover rates exceed 30% for good reason. They earn a lot of money and your paycheck arrives regularly.

    Cons

    You are not really supposed to think, middle management is more interested in being nice to each other with artificial metrics or policies than with really progressing the business. The company website has to remind people to say hi in the hallway or be nice because it is not a nice place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Check your middle management at the door and start rewarding the people who think and actually want to move the business forward. Stop supporting the artificial metrics and buddy system and grow into a real Fortune 500 business mentality.

    Pros

    There are some work at home opportunities however, they come at a price. As far as working in the office the dress code is very relaxed.

    Cons

    The medical and dental coverage is awful in quality and cost.
    There are a lot of changes and sometimes training is very rushed.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure local supervisors understand the systems before rolling them out to the front line reps.

    Pros

    Nice location with building perks. Nice, ergonomic work station. Beautiful view, staff building events were fun and made the work tolerable.

    Cons

    Disorganized training. Basically the blind leading the blind. Very weird vibe. Chaotic, stressful, would not recommend but some one has got to do it.

    Improve the training staff.

    Pros

    Absolutely NONE. If I came up with a pro it would not be honest

    Cons

    Disorganization, lack of leadership, management lacks knowledge, hard to get assistance when needed. Customers are ALWAYS upset because of Cigna's Pharmacy Plans. I would not even recommend my enemy the position of Home Delivery Pharmacy.

    Advice to Management

    Before taking on any leadership role, first get educated on what it means and what it is like being a "Manager or Supervisor". And ALWAYS educate yourself in the company's products and policies and procedures.

    I worked at Cigna as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    Hire on the spot, and hire as many people as possible regardless of their background.

    Cons

    Extreme micro management. No seniority. They are only concerned about their own monthly "goal" of contracting 22 doctors a month.

    Advice to Management

    Please speak to your workers directly and help them improve instead informing a third party. Please know that people have families and bills to pay so do not fire someone right away without even talking to them. Please listen to all parties before making a decision about someone.
