    Its a body shopping consulting company. Through out the company layers of Thugs. They will recruit with big promises. No return customers. The key accounts Alfa Insurance and Southwest lost due to lack of delivery commitment. Nobody listens. Better to stay away

    Get rid of Pradeep company will do better

    Pros

    the company has a very nice facility. they give a professional appearance though they are anything except professional. the kitchen is filled with snacks and drinks for employees.

    Cons

    they present themselves as a honest and fair company yet they practice bait and switch. Subject Matter Experts take the phone interview, but the person they send to the client site is someone with no experience. The Subject Matter expert recieves a portion of the pay rate to be there for the candidate with no experience as needed.

    Advice to Management

    Be more loyal to your employees trying to do business with integrity and honesty. Don't abandon the good workers just because those abusing the system are making the most money for you.

    -> The company under the leadership of Pradeep Govindasamy. has resolved the issues from the past one year and will do well going forward;
    -> The company pays market rates or slightly higher as compared to other vendors at the same client site;
    -> Excellent learning opportunities at some of their large client sites
    -> Has some of the best minds working at the Dallas client sites
    -> Company could grow in leaps and bounds

    Cons

    None - Most issues I was aware of have been resolved

    I have been working at Cigniti Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Though the Company’s major share of revenues come from North America, they have expanded a lot in Europe, ANZ and gulf countries. Recently, they won some prestigious projects in London, Australia, and India. So, without doubt, employees will get very good onsite opportunities and can grow quickly if performs well.

    The management team is a mix of both old and young. They are very dynamic having worked in leading organisations and the Company invests hugely on them.

    Company’s customer satisfaction survey is very effective and transparent, they derive a lot of client satisfaction from the process.

    Cons

    Company’s growth is too high in last four years, so they focussed mostly on the expansion of business. However for last one year they are more concentrating on employees and benefits which they should have done for last few years. Anyways one can benefit hugely from on job learning especially at entry and mid-level.

    Advice to Management

    There are 3-4 good clients from each industry like Banking & Insurance, Airlines, Communications, retail, etc. from North America, UK, Europe and ANZ regions. Showcasing their experience in these industries, management should actively move to other regions like Asian markets and gulf countries as the company has employees who have already gained domain knowledge from these industries. However, regulatory agencies may differ region to region but that shouldn’t be a problem.
