I have been working at Ciklum full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good corporate culture. Intercultural communications. Fair payment. Development possibilities. Many bright and ambitioned co-workers.

    Cons

Problems in getting things done accross all levels, in everyday interaction. Fear to take over responsibilities. Fear to seek creative solutions to problems. Lack in professional communication skills & communication channel usage (CC-sickness). This is written from a "western" perspective, and may all be put into the pot "intercultural challenges" in collaborating with "eastern" co-workers.

I worked at Ciklum full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good salary, nice office, but usually not in the best location.

    Cons

Not very good local management, the company invests more money in PR and conferences than in local culture and employers, hard to build any career. There is no "branch" - so when your project ends - you need to look for jobs in other companies - limited amount of projects in one location. No compensation for relocation and benefits. The company not motivated to grow and invest time in improving the professional level of local stuff. New Year party is "must have" for any company and pity that Ciklum greedily save money on that

    Advice to Management

Invest more time and money fix problems inside the company and train professional management.
