    Pros

Cilantro has great energy, and some great employees. There are a number of regulars who come in and make it seem like a family environment.

    Cons

The owners have some great ideas, but lack of communication was a major issue. The pay is horrific, and you cannot live off of this job alone.

    Advice to Management

Communication with your employees would get everybody working towards the same goal, and you could really grow as a team, and not have so much turnover.
