Pros
Reduced meals, the customers are really great, overtime, paid holidays, a great group of people to work with on the floor.

Management lies to you, I like training, however, they require to much training so you end up with no down time.

Just fire yourself.

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookI worked at Cimarron Casino full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
With ambition and work you can climb quickly with little or no education. Salaries are decent for location.
Cons
Tribal politics, constant infighting, schedule inflexibility, lack of training, training that is in place is absolutely awful, and dealing with the clientele can be taxing after just a short time of employment.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI have been working at Cimarron Casino full-time for more than a year
Pros
Customers are happy. Lots of TVs.
Cons
Poor Management, Irregular Hours, Frowned on Overtime, Fired without Warning, Not Friendly to Veterans, HR is not compliant reports to CFO which is a No-No, HR should be a separate entity.
Advice to Management
Strive for retention, create a work culture, forgive people of their mistakes, don't let a CFO make all of management decisions. Take some management classes. Care about your employees. Your employees are what help you make money remember that when you are the big man on the top of the heap. Too many people have been let go (fired) for insignificant reasons in the last 6 months. I can count at least 30 people who... have been fired.
