    Pros

Very team orientated and supportive in any creative ideas you may come up with. Nice pleasant atmosphere. They keep up with the latest technology and promote career growth. They are also Informative on how the company is doing financially. They give you as much responsibility as you can handle. If the company is doing well you will receive a nice bonus and a generous raise. They are really conscious of the balance of work and home.

    Cons

On occasion unclear as to the direction of the company. The ups and downs of the aerospace industry makes job security a little shaky.

    Advice to Management

    Keep striving for continious improvement.
