    Pros

Good company to work for. Great for the entry level person. Good benefits. Decent pay to start with raises often. If you do what you are supposed to then you will be rewarded

    Cons

no social life working from home. people will try to call you on the weekends. pay to start at entry level isn't very good

    Advice to Management

Could use higher starting pay and better pay by location of where you work. Could also really use a truck to fit longer ladders.

I have been working at Cincinnati Financial full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Financial strength and stability based on fiscally conservative history. Respectful, kind, and professional coworkers. Coworkers are truly wonderful people. Values are lived every day. Competitive salary and work life balance. This is a conservative company, so as a woman you don't always know how that will go and whether there's any room for women at the table, but I've found not only support but respect for what I bring to the table as well as opportunity for continued growth and development. Investment in employees is strong.

    Cons

High deductible health plan, somewhat difficult to
Impact high level change in terms of technology and systems, but I believe it's moving in the right direction.

    Advice to Management

Since we are an older and more established company, continue thinking about succession planning and developing strong people to take the reigns as seasoned employees are retiring. Ensure they have steadfast values that match what has made this company successful but are also able to move with the times and embrace new paths to success. Keep up the service based focus - both for the customers and the employees. While your employees are serving you, you are also serving them. They are CHOOSING this company, so continue to make that a choice that pays off.

I have been working at Cincinnati Financial full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working from home is the best part. The company covers the cost of your internet service, an office phone and cell phone along with all supplies. There is a company car program as well.

    Cons

Workload and expectations are not realistic for a multi lines adjuster who is responsible for nearly every aspect of the claim. High growth areas such as the northwest, southwest and southeast are struggling greatly and turnover is up. Service growth has not kept up with sales growth.

    Advice to Management

Slow the growth until the staffing levels can adequately service the customers. The excellent claims service Cincinnati is known for, is suffering. Improve the training process. People are too busy to train new hires and they are often thrown to the wolves.
