Is The symphony everyone is super awesome you to meet the musicians it's Just an overall happy and fun environment.

It was a fun experience working as a marketing intern. Everyone was very friendly. Decent experience overall.

The people there are genuinely passionate about their work, and it creates a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and cares about other individuals succeeding.
Cons
As an intern, I sometimes felt I could have used more direction, and it was difficult to integrate with full-time workers. I cannot speak to benefits, as I was an unpaid intern.

Creative, passionate co-workers. Freedom to identify opportunities and create solutions. City is supportive of symphony mission and enthused about sustaining it. Truly a wonderful place to work.

Educational opportunities, reputable organization, fiscally responsible, great work environment, access to concert tickets, networking opportunities with other non-profit professionals and sponsors

Unpaid and seen as "just an intern," sometimes micromanaged, but sometimes not managed at all, other employees are overworked and are unable to work and assist interns, feeling "expendable"
