    Great learning experiences.
Perfect job for first time employees as the job can be very simple if you work with good supervisors and managers.

    Cons

Corporate does not communicate or follow through very well. New policies added before any notice or training is recieved. Also you can never find HR when you need them.

    Advice to Management

Please get corporate on board with proper communication.

I have been working at Cinepolis full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours and easy going staff make this an ideal location for students and others looking for part-time to full-time work. Granted it is all dependent on the particular location worked at, however the in house management makes clear attempts to satisfy concerns or constructive suggestions. Great to add to resume for a means into fine dining

    Cons

Prepare to do much more work than should be required. Limited hours give in house management very little wiggle room and usually tend to put up skeleton crews on a regular basis having you manage multiple departments creating incredible friction with the guests you are trying to serve. Corporate offices offer zero support in any fashion be it repairs, improvements or general concerns by staff or customers. Instead continue to force work until literally the place falls down before considering making adjustments. Poor investment choices has this company derailing off a once promising future in luxury cinemas

    Advice to Management

Take a serious look at your business model and ask yourselves why raising prices and cutting hours and further neglecting much needed in house improvements (air conditioning!?) would ever be a profitable path for long term success when it only continues to increase unrest with employees and tarnishes the brand name. Take accountability and instead of passing off the work to overworked employees, maintain some accountability and take action to fix problems yourselves

    Pros

any pros aren't worth it considering the cons. There are lots of bars to go to within walking distance of the employee exit

    Cons

Constant management change. HQ does not see staff as investments. All are dispendable. Gama needs to be sent back to MX.

    Advice to Management

Good luck. HQ setting you up for failure

    I worked at Cinepolis full-time

    Pros

Quick paced but predictable environment with pretty decent compensation for servers/bartenders.

    Cons

Stressful and demeaning environment for low-level employees. Ineffective mid-management and stingy/aloof upper management.

    Advice to Management

Not much, it's food service/movie theater business so it's a pretty stressful work environment. Just wished upper management would've OK'd more employee perks, considering how much profit they make.
