I have been working at Cinetic Automation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Small size allows you to connect to all levels of the company
    - Good learning experience for students without any engineering background
    - You can learn from a variety of 2D & 3D CAD software since everyone there uses their favorite
    - Small size makes you standout if you are a good employee

    Cons

    - Work comes in waves; you're either overwhelmed or your twiddling your thumbs
    - Feels like the company is not going anywhere
    - Job turnover rate seems high

    Advice to Management

    - Good culture and a close knit group of people makes the job enjoyable
    - Company and personal growth should be advertised more or in different ways
    - Lack of competitive pay and personal growth/stability

I worked at Cinetic Automation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company provides a competitive salary and a decent benefits package

    Cons

A "cliquish" atmosphere where long term employees are more concerned with protecting their own careers than in assisting those new to the organization.

    Advice to Management

Step into the new millennium by breaking down organizational silos and "flatten" the managerial hierarchy.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Nothing would be viewed as a pro

    Cons

Long hours, no raises. Lack of guidance from upper management. Too much disorganization from the top. Nothing good can come from working here.

    Advice to Management

Learn that there needs to be a work/life balance. Provide some guidance for employees. Don't expect the world and give nothing in return. The front office here is an absolute joke.
