I worked at Cintas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Outstanding training, team events, cultural immersion in to Fortune 500 behaviors and best practices. The do's and don't here will set you up for success anywhere.

    Cons

Super strict, however, so is the Navy SEALS. Do you want to be the best? I think there are cons here but looking back if I can't remember them they weren't serious.

    Advice to Management

Bring back the residual base salary increases based on previous years sales figures. It will increase employee retention and it's ethically correct. Cintas shouldn't pocket "for life" after a few hundred dollar payout on a 5 year contract.

I have been working at Cintas full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pay is ok, benifit package is decent. 4 day work week is also great.

    Cons

Uneducated supervisors that have no clue how to provide support or motivate a team. SSRs are treated unfair and belittled in front of other partners by upper and middle management. Some have no clue what they are doing or for that matter do not belong in that position!

    Advice to Management

Why they never listen or care to provide the attention SSRS need.
