I have been working at Cintas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The hours are pretty flexible when you're not being micromanaged.

    Cons

Unnecessary Micromanagement and having to go to the office for no unnecessary training.

    Advice to Management

There's no need for service reps to go up to the office so much, it's unproductive.
