    Benefits are good and cheap.

    Cons

    Poor management structure, no one knows what's going on and there is very little oversight.

    Advice to Management

    Stop worrying so much about your bottom line and worry more about your people. If you have the love of the people, you'll have an army behind you and productivity will increase. That increase in productivity will make up for the little time you spent worrying about them instead of profit.

    Listen to the problems that drivers have out there and help them.

    Pros

    Work Uniforms, Benefits Package & Great CoWorkers

    Cons

    Management was not very supportive. We were often told right before quitting time on Friday that you had to be in on Saturday.

    Advice to Management

    From one woman to another, do not tell her the reason she didn't get a promotion is because she didn't wear enough skirts into the office.

    Pros

    Flex able with hours as long as you get 40 a week. Hourly people are generally nice. Free uniform service.

    Cons

    Upper management has no idea about the state of moral of the hourly partners. If they see that you can do your job good they give you some one ellses job also till you are doing the work of four people.

    Advice to Management

    very understaffed

    Pros

    Great perks and bonuses. Can make your own hours a In regards to how long you desire to work. Always pushing for improvement and looking to promote from within. Great company to grow in.

    Cons

    Communication amongst management and customers can be difficult. Cintas expects high performs with a sense of urgency for all customers, every single day. Sometimes you may not be Easilt accessible to a customer, however Cintas expects those things to be handled while still doing your daily duties. The job can be physically exhausting and takes a toll on your body

    Pros

    1)Love Fast-Pace!
    2)They have an app you can use to keep track of onsite visits, new presentations and sold accounts-can also preview the account to see what other partners have said after they had visited the account
    3)Great team of Executives been with Cintas forever-unfortunately they are all in Evansville, Indiana or Cincinnati,OH
    But are in town 1x a Quarter and give awesome training!
    4)Able to give customers trials on products before they commit to a 'Service Guaranteed Agreement' (the agreement was great too compared to competitors)

    Cons

    Culture shock in sales enviroment compared to previous sales enviroment.

    Commissions hard to keep track of.

    Advice to Management

    Pride can get in the way of having a successful team-be open to take advice from your sales reps-be open to improvement because it will only help your team be stronger-Stick to your word (nobody can keep up with wishy-washy)...it would prevent the tension between partners and other collegues.
