    Advice to Management

    Corporate review of location management.

I worked at Cintas full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of room to grow in this company with really beneficial training and development courses offered.

    Cons

Over worked with hard deadlines. I worked before work, during work, during lunch and after work. I truly believe this is a great company with the hardest working people I have ever worked with but they do not pay employees well for the work they are putting in compared to other companies.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees like they matter. Other than that, I believe from my experience it was a wonderful company with much room to grow and learn.

I worked at Cintas full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers (partners as they are deceivingly called) are amazing. Everyone other than management is a team player.
    Most weekends off.

    Cons

Management is clueless as to all of the extras done by their subordinates because they are rarely in the building. When the managers do pop in, they micromanage and mistreat their underlings. Most of the managers couldn't even perform the jobs of their subordinates.
Unless you suck up and are willing to cheat the customers, there is no room for advancement at this location.
Compensation is a joke. There is a cap on raises at yearly reviews- no matter how far you go above and beyond.
This location has very high turnover and very few longtime employees because of the increasing duties, lower wages, and overall lack of morale within all of the departments.
The customers and quality are never put first because of the intense efforts to meet irrelevant and inflated goals.

    Advice to Management

Show up to the plant. Speak to your employees with respect. Pitch in during times of under staffing (which is everyday).
Pay your employees real wages that are competitive within the regional market.
Quit falsifying records and screwing over customers. Treat customers like you actually want to retain their business.

    Pros

Service Managers and Supervisors were great. Always trying to go the extra mile for their team.

    Cons

GM did not have the employees back with no vision for the future.
Had to move for advancement opportunities. GM had a few guys that he definitely favored.

    Advice to Management

The GM needs to care about more than just numbers.

    I worked at Cintas full-time

    Pros

Great benefits. Great opportunities to learn business basics. The product sold is good, but not so critical that a mistake made is going to keep anyone up at night. Safety is important. Pretty good job security.

    Cons

Smaller locations are expected to meet the same expectations as big ones, with fewer people and less money. Corporate is slow to change with the times; everything is old fashioned and not much is being done to make the business more appealing to millennials, good talent is hard to come by.

    Advice to Management

Offer more opportunities for non-sales and service partners to get bonuses and prizes.
