    Pros

4 day work week, decent benefits, friendly coworkers, supportive management, situation improves with time invested in the company, time off

    Cons

Pay is a little low for work performed, commission paid versus the amount of over all income generated by a route is abysmal

I worked at Cintas full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Benefits and pay is competitive

    Cons

You may need to check your ethics at the door. Cintas makes money, lets be clear about that. Upper management says to do things the right way. Middle management pretends to want to do things the right way. They don't want the crap to roll downhill on them, so they push the crap down on the Service Sales Reps. I was fired for not exceeding the sales quotas of an SSR who was fired for unethical sales-HUH?

    Advice to Management

You guys at the top talk a good game re culture and values. I have seen many people rewarded (promoted) for not doing things the right way

    Pros

Good benefits. No weekends or holidays. Good company. Good hours. If you like driving and working with customer problems this is a good place.

    Cons

Terrible work. You are the face of the company to about 100 different customers who always have complaints of the company that are out of your reach but you take the heat

I worked at Cintas full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers were really nice, everyone always tries to help each other out.

    Cons

Long hours; having to get up at 3:30 am every morning and also deal with the weather conditions. The pay doesn't equate to the workload. You have to make sure the customer is happy by ensuring they receive their mats, products and uniforms; however, there are plenty of times when the products aren't available. Sales , Sales Sales!! You are expected to continuously sell products to your customers, while stressed out about the workload.. delivering and getting back to the plant on time. Too many customers to manager per day and not a enough time to really spend selling and just servicing the customer's needs. If you tried to do everything that is expected of you, you would be working 14 hour days. Also, you don't get paid standard over-time, it Chinese overtime. Even though it isnt your fault that products like mats, terry towels and shop towels aren't available that day, it still falls back on you. If the customer is unhappy and you have to give credits because of missing products, it reflects badly on your numbers. Very numbers driven which isn't feasible for what is being put on the ssr.

    Advice to Management

management was nice; they can only do so much based off Cintas polices. Cintas as a company needs to pay their SSRs more money and not make working conditions unmanageable and unbearable.

    4 day work week.

    Cons

Very mentally and demanding job. Atleast at the location I was at.

    Advice to Management

Have a suggestion box and actually listen to some of the SSRs. Give quality raises commensurate to work performed.
