    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

4 day work week, healthcare benefits, weekly pay period, bonus incentives, profit sharing, uniforms and shoes provided, minimum technical skills needed to perform job, 49 day training period; paid vacations

    Cons

60+ hour work week; insignificant group rate discount on healthcare benefits; murky, unexplained payroll system; break-even profit sharing due to poor reputation; employee uniforms are often lost indefinately through employee laundry service; vacations difficult to schedule due to understaffing and undertraining; 49 day training often ends up in new employee filling in for an injured employee without ever recieving proper training; super wasteful: lots of overlapping processes and unwarranted printing

    Advice to Management

More training. Streamline your processes. Trim fat in managment so you can pay your indians a little more and invest in new equipment like new trucks.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Good Health benefits
    Vacation Time
    Training Programs

    Cons

Not everyone gets a yearly review like they're supposed to (mngmt forgets)
No successful career planning (they say they like to promote from w/in but don't prepare anyone)
Training programs are not followed up (rubber stamped training forms--employees just sign)
route drivers don't really take their lunches, their days are waaay too long to do so

    Advice to Management

Tell an employee why they are doing things...don't just tell them to do it because you say so
When a person goes to HR, things should be kept confidential and not shared w/other managers
