    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Circle K (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed the job and the customers

    Cons

Favoritism is bad even with the higher up managerment. The pay is super low and they don't understand why they can't keep good employees.

    Advice to Management

Pay the good workers what they are worth and they won't go finding better jobs and quitting.

I worked at Circle K full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Develop strong problem solving, adaptability, communication and interpersonal skills; thick skin to deal with hostile people; learning hands-on about grocery store operations and corporate standards, as well as government codes, rules and laws.

    Cons

Great job to build up credit, get out of student, or personal debt with steady income coming-in and set hours, yet no medical, or retirement. Depending on your genetics, or physical condition: most likely might develop knee and back pain from long hours standing, or on your feet. If you work night shift , then you might develop sleep apnea, or other health issues.

    Advice to Management

I worked for a franchise owners. My experiences might be different from corporate setting, or worse. Depends on the structure of the store. Retail won't make a employee grow much financially, but a stepping stone to better opportunities.
