The company is fair and fun. You get the chance to talk to everyone that comes in. You find out more about the area through stories told by the customers.
Cons
Depends on how many employees there are

Horrible management
Apr 11, 2023 - Customer Service RepresentativeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Working with customers. If you have a good team that works well together it could be like a family which is nice but was not the case here.
Cons
The management team shouldn't be related and under 21 years of age. Communication is key not gossip. When you advertise the hiring position, don't lie about it. Treat all employees equally rather than having one employee that does hard work do all the work while everybody else sits back and does absolutely nothing. Give breaks... especially when you're working 12-hour shifts.

not many pros other than just do your assignments and don't share opinions or self business with other employees the manager is just as two-faced as all the employees, little to no training so you'll hit the ground running
Cons
most customers are either rude or don't speak english and expect you to know what they want or are saying.

Do not fall for the hype!
May 21, 2023 - Assistant Manager in Cottage Hills, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The insurance is great through the company
Cons
The company is very cheap, they did not want to pay to maintain the store or machines and I worked there for almost 3 years, even got a promotion with no raises. I got stuck working alone all night bc they did not want to pay for another person to be with me. This place is in not such a great neighborhood. In fact 3 weeks after I left it got robbed.

Pros
The owner I worked for was awesome! The constant satisfaction of customers with our coffee and polar pops….. also getting customers in and out in a fast pace timely manner is a big plus.
Cons
Just out of product at times was a bummer for my customers. Pay could be better, a lot better.

Seems Chill. But, Really Isn't.
Apr 21, 2023 - Store Clerk in Clayton, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Free Drinks when on the clock. - Good at times if you really like people. - The food's alright.
Cons
- No room for other tasks like cleaning or even money management - Mostly due to the business of the store and the location ^ - Way too many customers coming in on a daily basis. Especially the afternoon. - $10.50/hour clearly not enough for what I have to go through. - Most likely will be placed on your own if working in the afternoons. - Great risk of getting robbed or an incident happening if working the overnight shift. - Experiencing the worst out of people when on the register.
