I worked at Circle K part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome company to work for and the customers are the grandest and truly appreciate you doing your job. (keeping bathroom clean, coffee fresh, and just being polite and respectful.

    Cons

You never know what type of manger you will get. I was fired for missing a day due to illiness, even to the fact I was known disabled.

    Advice to Management

A manager should have the knowledge and understanding of who gets hired. It's nothing wrong with hiring someone such as myself who is disabled. We are good workers and give all we have trying to be independent.

I worked at Circle K (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed the job and the customers

    Cons

Favoritism is bad even with the higher up managerment. The pay is super low and they don't understand why they can't keep good employees.

    Advice to Management

Pay the good workers what they are worth and they won't go finding better jobs and quitting.
