    The only good thing I can say about this company is that it would make a great first job.

    Nice customers, fast paced environment

    Cons

    Working overnight shifts is alot of work especially on weekend nights. You must accept trucks and unload alot of items and stock them in addition to your other tasks for overnights.

    Easy job and like customer recommendations.

    Cons

    There are soooooo many. They have changed many things that we had before Holiday Storestations, for example double pay for working holidays. Never were we given ANY information that they changed this and this is just 1 thing. The ez-check/making stuff more organized. Well normally this would be ok. But the threw $1000's upon $1000's worth of stuff. And gave us these new things which makes the job MUCH more difficult and less productive. There could have been important stuff, like shovel, squigee for mopping and when toilet overflows. We can't keep ANY cleaning supplies in checkout area and have it all the way in the far back area. So, if someone makes a small spill and there was a long line. So you aren't going to be able to clean it off until line is gone. This is disgusting and there should be no reason for this. For 1 more of the many issues is the wasting of food. Pulling commesary food items and throwing the items with the days date and the next days date. Then with bread and milk we pull 3 days before expired. All of this stuff is being thrown away EVERY single day after 7pm. But these are best by dates and items taste just as good as it is says adtervbest by date. The only exclusion would be whole milk. The biggest thing that makes customers and myself so angry is because instead of donating it to a food shelf, they makes us throw away. If they dont want to be liable for donating and something that gives someone a bad reaction
