A nice place to work
Aug 26, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Kansas City, MORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
They have Excellent senior leaders (directors and above)
Cons
The wages are lower than they should be for the level and importance of the work they do. There needs to be a focus on remote work.

Great work environment and work/life balance
May 19, 2022 - Judicial Law ClerkRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Experience, mentorship, growth, networking, and work/life balance
Cons
Compensation. The pay and benefits together are not too bad, but pay and possibility of raises could be better.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good benefits, respectful work environment
Cons
None that I can think of.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Not much to do besides clock in and clock out. Lots of down time and one hour for lunch in exchange for the low salary.
Cons
Fitting of every stereotype about government work: horrible pay and a slow, inefficient way of doing things. The vacation and sick leave policies are draconian. The job entails working around bureaucratic red tape that trips you up in every assignment you do. Please find employment somewhere else, unless you're desperate for a job and need money ASAP.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
