    Pros

    No pros at all
The company is good for making owners profit not employees.

    Cons

I really am not having a good experience working in this set of culture at all. There are no policies, no work ethics and no professionalism in any of the employee, not even the CEO.
The policies and rules change for every individual here. They have a very narrow mindset when it comes to employee taking a leave, which he/ she is duly and legally entitled for!
Policies are so employee unfriendly and the unprofessionalism is so high that junior developers are treated with no respect!

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Cirrius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary on time unlike other companies.

    Cons

All of their products are buggy. The so-called technical directors are just mere puppets and do anything as directed by the CEO; pressurize employees and hence releases are all full of bugs. More time is spent on bug fixing rather than development, thus developers have to wait for long hours at work to understand and clean up code written by peer employees. The CEO has big visions but has never put in implementation. Managers are non-technical without proper experience and that is why they never take feasibility into consideration pressurizing employees. To sum up this company is about all about faulty products, illiterate management, unhappy clients, unhappy employees

    Advice to Management

Value employees more than your clients for your success.

I worked at Cirrius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you are a fresher you can get good learning. This company can be a good launchpad to get to good companies

    Cons

Zero job security. Specially if you are joining at Senior level. People get fired here every now and then. CEO and top management is confused. They fire people for unknown reasons. They hire at high salaries and then fire. We got to see people joining and suddenly disappearing from bay. Many good senior people were fired because CEO did not like their face. This is a typical lala company.

    Advice to Management

    Bring some professionalism in organization
