    1 - lot of experience if you want and find the time
    2 - friendly team
    3 - A lot of facilities ( work remotely, vacation, ...)
    4 - very big company
    5- safe job

    if you are a hard worker and interested in your career this is the place to be

    Cons

    1 - very big company the ability to grow
    2 - you can barely find time for lunch
    3 - lower pay rate than the market

    Advice to Management

    help employee with time management or force employee to have a lunch break

    Pros

    Good pay. Great co-workers. You get to be on the cutting edge of new technology and have access to lots of tools to learn and grow.

    Cons

    Very large company so it's easy to get lost in the crowd. Unfortunately layoffs do happen and seem to be happening more frequently.

    Pros

    Amazing opportunities to learn, adapt and grow. Lots of really sharp people there. They have a "nothing is impossible for us" attitude.

    Cons

    Talent and integrity are punished, while pettiness and backstabbing are rewarded. Managers aren't held accountable for their behavior.

    Advice to Management

    Honesty and integrity and maturity need to be drilled into low and mid-level management. Managers should be held accountable.
