    Great environment for self motivated individuals to pursue their own research, with minimal interference. Work pressure is minimal, hence affording time to pursue other interests

    Cons

    For those seek valuable work experience to aid them in garnering future jobs, its abysmal because getting traction going on projects is next to impossible

    Advice to Management

    More rigorous supervision of employees
