I have been working at Citi full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good maternity cover as well as possibility to work from home. Also, if you have right manager, you can sponsorship for education.

    Cons

Work life balance. Long hours is a cultural thing at Citi. All changes take long time. Internal career mobility almost does not work

    Advice to Management

To be more opened for discussion

Great benefits and prospects - one of the better choices in London, especially when compared to declining non US alts. Good talent pool and opportunity to learn

I have been working at Citi (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Many challenges to keep you going...Non stop. Good people who want to get the job done. Global reach. Brand name.

    Cons

Senior management not knowing what you actually do. Not a great place for work life balance. Exceptions on doing long hours and taking on more work as other people are made redundant. Culture is changing to silo thinking.. people are hanging on in some areas just to look out. Senior management not doing what they say they are going to do. Not very people focused....Can't wait to get out
