    Pros

    Good maternity cover as well as possibility to work from home. Also, if you have right manager, you can sponsorship for education.

    Cons

    Work life balance. Long hours is a cultural thing at Citi. All changes take long time. Internal career mobility almost does not work

    Global organisation with opportunities to excel in any field that one wishes to pursue. Flexible working hours, decent benefits and pension.

    Organisation downsizing all the time, uncertainty due to economic conditions and Brexit. Workload increasing all the time, questionable work life balance.

    Evaluate people across the business equally with fair distribution of salary and participation in profit share. Promote work life balance and remove uncertainty in various business areas by avoiding unnecessary restructuring

    Great work ethic and support from management team. Truly a global collaborative team ... Citi never sleeps.

    Cons

    Promotion can be challenging as lot's of senior managers (part of the furniture when building was built) are still around .. so sadly, limited career opportunities.
