I worked at Citi as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    Laid back atmosphere.

    No micro management.

Understanding managers for needed accommodations, life events requiring time off, and any time off personally needed providing sufficient advanced notification is provided.

    Overtime availability.

Prefers for employees to give quality over quantity making it a less stressful environment.

They care about employee health and mind care. They will limit overtime to mitigate human error and health issues.

    Cons

Can sometimes be overworked but it's up to the employee to limit themselves.
    See Pros about employee health.

Hours are long, you will be pulling a 11.5 hr shift with a 1 hour added, so you'll be there for 12.5 hours. This will be for 3 days, then on the 4th day you will work 5.5 hours with 1 hour lunch, making you stay there for 6.5 hours.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Hope you guys consider in having the 4th day be just 5.5 straight hours without a lunch while having coverage at the beginning of the shift as well as end of mid shift.
