I have been working at Citi full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

high salary, approachable colleagues, great location and office. challenging tasks and projects every week and huge travel compensation

    Cons

Long hours, usually 9 am to 9 pm, Saturday is working day.
A lot of repetitive works. too many men, a few women workers

    Advice to Management

very efficient and effective. the morning meeting can tell you what you need to do today. and the closing meeting can sum what you have done today.

I have been working at Citi as a contractor (More than 8 years)

    Pros

GOOD WORK, REMOTE FLEXIBILITY , NICE PEOPLE

    Cons

Few departments dont allow contractors to work remotely, while they allow full time employees and encourage full time employers for desk sharing. This discrimination is not good as we work as a team .

    Advice to Management

Please do not discriminate between Full time employees and contractors . Contractors too work equally hard to get the job done.

I worked at Citi as an intern

    Pros

HR is the nicest people you have ever met, though this is only applicable if you're still with the company, after you leave, they do not answer any of your emails etc..

    Cons

Expensive canteen food, and also very early hours depending on the team

    Advice to Management

It would be nice for all managements who are undertaking interns actually have the time for them, since some are away for a few weeks during the internship which meant that, we had nothing to do for that duration, and cannot get accurate feedback on our performance

I worked at Citi full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and salary, if you enjoy giving back, there are so very many volunteer opportunities that I took full advantage of!

    Cons

If you're not the right fit, they will only transfer you if you're there for at least one year. It also took 5 interviews and a month and a half, after receiving the offer to actually start working there.

    Advice to Management

Give someone the opportunity to transfer if less than a year. If you hired them in the first place, there had to be many reasons.
