    Pros

    Hours and nothing else good

    Cons

    Horrid unrealistic immoral distrustful discouraging

    Advice to Management

EXTREMELY unrealistic expectations of employees. On the brink of being the next Wells Fargo fiasco. They push you to immoral practices. A never ending circle of yelling for no reason. Should change name to Shitibank.

I worked at Citi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Can't think of any.

    Cons

Management pushes for unrealistic referral goals and do not take into account specific region market conditions. Unfortunately, many clients at the branch i worked in did not have the financial competency to understand products promoted or did not have bank desirable credit scores. Overworked employees with ridiculous time management application which would render 8+ hour shifts then gave you very short days so you would not make overtime. Nice. This was back when i worked here in 2014, not sure how they are structured now, but i know they are at least closed on weekends nowadays.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your good employees.
