    Be presentable on time and alert go according as directed give your best in what you do and never give up

    Cons

    Dont be late dont sag clothes dont slack in work do what's asked try not to be told what to do no negative attitude

    Im looking for a long time learning experience of team and individual work to advance my skills and work revenue

    Pros

    The long time merchants New the customer base very well. They did an excellent job of putting the right product in the right stores at the right time .

    Cons

    New merchandisers based out of state knew nothing about who the customer was. They removed themselves from identifying what the customers needs were. This created a downward spiral and the business has never been the same.

    Advice to Management

    Get back to learn who the customer is. Go on store trips. Check out competition in different regions. Get back in touch with your customers unique demographic.

    - Got along with all other co-workers
    -Everyone is willing to help each other out
    -Everyone was friendly towards each other
    - Taught me a lot about retail

    - The store is messy
    - Huge turnover rate
    - The customer don't care about the store
    -The managers were horrible
    -The amounts of hours that I had were horrible

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management is for them to create better ways to keep the store more organize. If the customers see this store unclean, then they will keep it clean. Management needs to build relationships with every sales associate.

    Pros

    It was full-time payed holiday customers were friendly and loyal I met alot of great people there I really like the job

    Cons

    Originally they closed at 8 they changed to 9 that was a real bummer I never got a weekend off it never rotated I always had a hard time getting the day off I needed for doctor appointment or child's school function no family values It was all work and no play

    Advice to Management

    More rotation in the schedules will make the employees stay and be more happy we work to provide for our families so it should be important to an employer to recognize we have to have time for our family not just at vacation that's our lively hood .
