I have been working at Citi full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great salary, nice staff....maybe too much training

    Cons

Staff speak in acronyms, the experienced staff tell you things at 150mph and expect you to understand and you are dropped straight into complex workload from training

    Advice to Management

Slow down and fix your systems and push back. I suspect there's a culture of yes men in upper management who don't understand the systems themselves
