I have been working at Citi full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, remote working, canteen food. Great experience and definitely something of value for CV. Friendly helpful staff. Good job security with a major global player.

    Cons

Personally, my commute and the money. Neither of these are Citi's fault though. Also I feel that perhaps my potential exposure new languages/platforms could be narrow in scope.

    Advice to Management

Overhaul Tech Academy for new Grads
