    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Citizens Access Residential Resources full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The only pro is being paid.

    Cons

The company is woefully understaffed. So expect to be asked to work extra hours for low pay. There is little support for staff which works with clients.

I have been working at Citizens Access Residential Resources full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They'll hire you. Yes, you. Because they'll hire anyone.

    Cons

Horrible management. They talk all the right talk when you're being hired and "trained", but when it comes to supporting their staff, where the rubber meets the road, they're usually "too busy" to care. Uncompromising adherence to dogmatic policy, and outright patronizing dismissal of suggestion or opinions.

  8. "GREAT COMPANY!!"

    5.0
Current Employee - Anonymous in Vancouver, WA

I have been working at Citizens Access Residential Resources full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Full time, Overtime, improved medical benefits, 401k, lots of paid training provided, team meetings, team building, Administrator and Director recognize and appreciate staff's accomplishments, always give you a card for your birthday, and gives pay increases according to merit :)

    Cons

Stressful at times (but this is the business) , Lots of documentation (maybe too much, but necessary), Pay could be a little better (but again this is a statewide, all agency issue), short staffed.
