    Colleagues are fabulous and truly want to help each other. New campuses which are state of the art and create a fantastic environment to work in. Interesting and future thinking work - be prepared to work hard and you’ll learn a lot.

    Cons

    The company is changing constantly and it can exhausting to keep up! If you’re great at what you do you may find yourself with extra opportunities, but leadership does care about ‘you’ and will listen if it becomes too much.

    Advice to Management

    Keep moving us forward to achieve our best results and continue to keep a focus on the well being of all colleagues

    Connection to the community, Support from my manager, lots of promotion/career support, overall culture, training

    Cons

    TINY budgets,
    slower technology (although they are working very hard to fix this)

    Advice to Management

    Stop giving branch managers tiny budgets & then asking us to do so many community/employee/customer appreciation weeks. While I LOVE the idea behind these events there simply isn't enough in the budget to cover all of them. Most of the managers I know end up running out by October and paying for their employee's appreciation week in October out of pocket. This isn't right or fair.

    Best leaders and management there are. You’re a human, not a number. Director knows you by first name. Company heavily involved in community!

    Slow technology system that can be frustrating during account opening

    Freedom to develop your own strategies
    Great Premier managers
    Decent base pay and generous incentive payouts.
    Very team oriented.

    Cons

    Incentive plan has changed a lot the last few years.
    Bank Colleagues don't understand the Premier benefits for customers and their own compensation plans.
    Technology is outdated.

    Advice to Management

    Offer Premier clients some of the same benefits and products that Private clients receive.
    Adjust the lending payout rules. If the company makes money on lending regardless of the client's current assets at Citizens, then the employee who source and sold the loan should get compensated every time even if it's on a reduced basis.
