I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company is very employee centric -- great benefits, fair pay, and a very respectful work environment. Citizens has afforded me many different opportunities to grow my skills and hold various positions. It's a friendly and oftentimes fun environment where coworkers are always willing to lend a hand.

    Cons

Pay is not top of market, but it is fair.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to employees as you have been doing!

    Cons

Not central enough to my core goals. Although I gained invaluable experience with
Citizens, I felt it was time for me to move in a different direction . I wanted to branch out and try other aspects of the industry.

I worked at Citizens Bank full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I was blessed to have a great manager and a fabulous group of peers to work with. My work was valued and I was often recognized for being able to deliver in lieu of aggressive timelines. Hard work was most always recognized.

    Cons

I don't really have any cons to speak of. Citizens was a great place to work~!

    Advice to Management

My particular manager was great at communicating and keeping our small team informed. She was a roll up you sleeve type of manager and always recognized her team for the hard work they performed.

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love that citizens is a company that wants to see their employees succeed. The confidence my upper management and trainers have shown me, enables me to show that confidence to my customers. Being an Universal Banker allows me so many different opportunities in the future within the company. I admire how Citizens works hard at showing value to their customers to build that personal trusting relationship for their financial needs.

    Cons

I haven't encountered any cons to working for citizens.

    Advice to Management

I truly believe that my Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Operations Manager are the best. My only advice is to keep encouraging your Bankers the way do, because it truly helps esp. when your new.
