    Pros

They pay well and prefer to promote from within. When you are on a team it is like a family.

    Cons

There are a lot of politics and high school type drama.

    Advice to Management

Ensure qualified people are promoted and/or hired for positions instead of being passed up due to someone not liking them.

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The hours are awesome. The pay is an actual livable wage and then some. The training is so thorough and there’s so many resources for any possible questions. I really went into my position with no prior banking experience feeling well equipped for the job and the customers I would deal with and experience. The team I work with are supportive and talented and have been a pinnacle part of my experience.

    Cons

The cons would be the very long time between starting the job and “starting the job.” While yes, having such a long and thorough training experience was beneficial, there were forgotten lessons because I never applied them until the situation arose. The other con would be having to fight for your revenue. Which affects my take home pay. With today’s technology and the company’s technology I would think they could keep track of it better.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to keep on. The management both on the store and corporate leve have been phenomenal and what has made the Citizens experience something I would love for any person to have.

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company as a whole does a decent job with career growth. Depending on where you start whether it is back office or if it is on the retail platform there are a decent amount of opportunities.

    Cons

Once you get past entry level and begin working your way up, the jobs become a little ridiculous to acquire, the amount of experience and qualifications they are asking does not even come close to the pay they are going to provide. They also need to get with the times and stop using equipment that is completely outdated. The money earned is going into programs and concepts that do not need fixing and the things that need fixing are being put on the back burner

    Advice to Management

The older generation managers are still around and still doing well but they aren't as efficient as they could be because they haven't worked in the branches in so long. Younger managers work well with the younger groups now because they can relate unlike the older generation of managers

    Pros

    Training, support, coworkers, benefits package,rewards

    Cons

split days off, customers satisfaction ratings

    Advice to Management

i believe that if a customer gives you a "very good "rating it should NOT count as a 0 what you are demonstrating is that a service rep who gets a poor rating(all dissatisfied ) and someone who achieves all very very good rating get the same score 0
