Keep asking questions and making changes.

Flexible work arrangements are available (depends on team)
    Good people and team
Opportunities to hear from senior management
New campus is great place to work
Lots of opportunity for training and professional development

    Cons

It may vary from team to team and employment status, but my team has been a good place to work so far. People are helpful and willing to do what is required (as long as it supports the mission).

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunity to grow, paid certificates, easy going colleagues, work from home

    Cons

a lot of negotiating/communicating with Risk Managers/ Busines line. This can be very frustrating as getting everyone to agree might be challenging

    Advice to Management

More training - this can be peer training and defined goals with details what is the most important part of the job and how to get into it instead of loosing track on less important aspects

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pretty good 401k plan , company match better than some not the best.

    Cons

Culture of constant grinding to exceed goals which were doubled but they changed the incentive plan to make it much harder to hit bonuses. Employees are treated and made to feel like beasts of burden-pack mules carrying the retail branch goals up ever higher mt tops. All about stock price and EPS agenda.

    Advice to Management

Stop the delusion, thinking doubling goals while reducing book of business / client base by half and adding more responsibilities and expected to work more hours- Saturdays , but reduced bonus incentives pay out so the company keeps more to add to EPS. GET REAL !!
