    Pros

The people you work with are Great friendly and helpful. Bounces can be rewarding but dificult to obtain. Manages do there best

    Cons

Goals are almost impossible to hit. Bounce structure changes all the time. Payouts can be weak. A lot of pressure from upper management. Unrealistic goals.

    Advice to Management

Less micro managing, let people do there jobs. Realistic goal. Customers only need so many accounts and credit cards. Terrible interest rate on products

    Pros

Nothing, this company is awful to work for. The only qualifying thing is the 15 minute breaks.

    Cons

Everything. Higher ups don't know how some employees get away with nothing, while the others who want to work and advance get the shaft.

    Advice to Management

    Lay off the lazy workers.

    I worked at Citizens full-time

    Pros

Co-workers. Don't micromanage. Other than that none.

    Cons

Mediocre pay. Terrible training. Benefits expensive for the high deductibles offered. Management can be elitist and don't care about employees concerns. Highly unorganized. Technology out of date. Management does not know how to provide feedback - when mistakes are made they want to hunt down last person to handle claim to scold them.

    Advice to Management

Care more about your employees. Appreciate the ones who work hard. Step into this century by updating your computer systems.

I worked at Citizens full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice people to work with. Training was excellent. The company pays for you to become more knowledgeable by taking some insurance exams after a certain period of time.

    Cons

    The pay wasn't great...
I would've loved to have stayed but the pay was the only reason why I left the company so soon.

    Advice to Management

Pay a little more to those employees you value.
