I have been working at Citrix full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Nothing even for namesake. Politics rule the roost here. You must lick your manager to get promotions and good reviews. Once you are against unethical behavior, rest assured your annual review is royally messed up.

    Cons

Team is encouraged to give positive feedback on Glassdoor and even being dictated to enter the feedback. Some unknown culture is being projected, When asked no one is able to describe what exactly it is but still boast of the unmatched culture.

    Advice to Management

No one is willing to listen. They just think they are perfect.

I worked at Citrix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employees are pampered, HR is too open and wants to talk to everyone and encourages dialogue.

    Cons

Business leaders find it difficult to execute delivery and excellence with change being a factor that none in the company is able to deal with nor scale to higher efficiency, with HR being so open and taking care of everyone's problems and pampering it becomes even more difficult to execute anything.

    Advice to Management

Keep HR team away from Business.

    Pros

    Goof Food Benefits.
Cab facility which flexible accordingly and door to door facility.
    WFH
    Leave Benefits

    Cons

    Complete burden on your solders.
Used to treat you like slave and permanent team members show off like king.
Promised you that they would give permanent position but rather giving you permanent position would provide you excuses about your performance and nature if you have performed outstanding ,that does not matter in front of Team, Manager or Management.
End of the cycle hires new contractor and same things would continue.
Uses to take interview like giving you permanent position.

But Clearly only Contractors are the people who used to work outstanding.

I worked at Citrix as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Only that employee is given opportunity to get certifications which will be company sponsor

    Cons

Lot of politics than politics which exist in India. Very unprofessional environment. People dont get promotions based on their hard work. Very cheap environment to work with.

    Advice to Management

Instead of taking feedback from tls they also need to listen to every employee what they have to say. If the management did something effective cheap politics would not have existed there. Worst place i have ever worked. May be companies other than Bangalore is good but not sure.
